Test-rode the SB135 (full 27.5) while shopping: it rode really well and felt a bit faster, better than a Pivot Shadowcat, but they chose a 5010; Switch Infinity maintenance put them off.

“I thought the SB135 rode really well (setup full 27.5") - better than say the Pivot Shadowcat, but after trying the 5010 it was game over.”

Bought an SB135 last year after 13 years on a V1 5010: it's not as playful but better than any 29er, pedals uphill like a champ, the suspension feels better than Santa Cruz's, and it's now their favourite bike.

“The SB135 is not as playful but it is still much better than any 29 and it pedals uphill like a champ. The suspension design just feels better to me compared to the SC.”
