Their first Canyon road bike, a new Ultimate CF 7 in teal: loves the colour more than expected, and after minor derailleur adjustments it shifts like a champ. Later, after a bike fit, a 2 cm narrower cockpit made a big difference to comfort and stability in an aero position.

“First Canyon Road bike for me. Love the teal colour a lot more than I thought I would. Almost black in low light. Minor setup adjustments needed to the front and rear derailleurs has it shifting like a champ.”

Owns the Ultimate CF 7 and finds it comfortable enough: has done 80–100 km rides on it without any issues, though they expect the Endurace would be more comfortable.

“For me, the Ultimate is comfortable enough though. I’ve done 80–100 km rides on it without any issues.”

New Ultimate CF 7 Aero replacing their 2015 Ultimate CF SL; impressed by how much Canyon's bikes have evolved. The Ultimate's geometry suits their body best, it's the bike they feel most comfortable on, and it rewards them on steeper roads.

“For me, the ultimate has the best geometry for my body physical shape? If that makes sense. It's the machine I feel the most comfortable on, and when the roads get steeper it just rewards you so much”
